Mocek v. AllSaints USA Limited Settlement

Welcome to the Mocek v. AllSaints USA Limited Settlement

If you received a receipt from an Allsaints purchase exposing more than 5 digits and/or expiration date of your credit or debit card number, you may be entitled to a payment from a class action settlement.

Case Summary

A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit claiming that Defendant AllSaints USA Limited, a fashion retailer, printed out receipts at its retail locations in the U.S. that included more than five digits and/or expiration date of consumers’ card numbers in violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”).  AllSaints has denied any liability.

You are included if you are one of the customers who made a credit or debit card purchase between July 29, 2014 and July 17, 2018 at an AllSaints retail location and were given a receipt at the point of sale that displayed more than five digits of your card numbers and/or the expiration date.

Persons included in the Settlement will be eligible to receive a pro rata (meaning equal) share of the Settlement Fund based on the number of Settlement Class Members who submit valid claims.
